Do you prefer red pepper flakes or cayenne in your greens ?

I have cooked greens using both, (not at the same time!) but I prefer cayenne.

Neither in greens, but I have grown cayenne  and it has just the right amount of heat for me for dishes like chilli vin carne or curries.

Neither. Better than bouillon ham stock concentrate, a little onion and dress with vinegar at the table.

I have three types of crushed red pepper flakes-regular, Medium Hot and Very Hot-I use the Very Hot, just not a lot.
