Do You Have To Trust People to have a connection with them?

I've never had any close friends in my life. However I have had deep personal problems throughout my life.

I think so because if you would want the friend to help you with a problem then you would have to trust in them that they won't do anything stupid with the information

🥴 Trust requires 100% faith in people. Not all of us have it.

A real connection comes when you have no real expectations of them. Sorta means you turn your judgment mode off.
