Biden has been declared the winner. The electoral college will meet in due course and officially announce it. But it is tradition for the losing candidate to first concede when the results are apparent. And that has been the case since a couple of days after the election. What is Trump waiting for? The Secret Service to escort him out of the White House on 20 January?

The press announced the winner in 2016. The people decided who the President would be. Why should 2020 be any different?
