I'm afraid of working, what can I do ?

I am a 38-year-old man, despite my fear I have looked for work, but I do not find myself, I do not feel capable of doing the assigned tasks well, I am afraid that they will take me out of work due to poor performance, I have no experience, and when they call me to an interview my hands are shaking, what can I do  ?
