If any thing is flat then it must have thickness.

No planets in the solar system or anywhere else are flat or disk-like.

NO planet is flat like a pizza.  Any object more than ~250 miles/400 kilometers across is pulled into an approximately spherical shape, so the largest known object in the Solar System not approximately spherical is Saturn's moon Hyperion.

So far as Earth's shape, that it is approximately spherical was mentioned by Aristotle, who was merely citing proofs that pre-dated him.

Saturn looks very disk like, else why don't the rings fall off & away.

Everything is flat.  There are only two space dimensons and one time dimension.

NONE.  No planets are Flat.   Quite impossible due to Gravity.

None of them. They are all spherical in shape, due to gravity.
