Working out schedule ?

Hello, I've been working out lately at planet fitness. I often use the treadmill to start to get warmed up, then I use the 30 minute Express workout. I want to lose my belly fat. I have also changed my diet to healthy food, and I slowed down on the alchohol. Is there a schedule for working out that anybody suggests I should follow to go from belly fat to having muscles?
