What makes you feel headaches?

If pain is felt by our skin, is headache also felt by an inner skin?

    Pain is not felt by the skin.  Pain is completely a construct of the brain.   The brain also decides WHERE the pain is located. 

    Most headaches are caused by dehydration AKA low blood volume.
