Does dark chocolate have a lot of caffeine? Is that why it is supposed to give you so much energy?

yes, plus energy packed fat and sugar.

I've read it has antioxidants, good for the heart, never heard of it having caffeine, per se.

Update: oh apparently it does. 12 milligrams per ounce.
