Are the following sentences correct? How can it be written possibly in the best way?
1. I would be grateful if you forwarded my advertisement to your acquaintances.
2. I will be grateful if you forward my advertisement to your acquaintances.

Grateful I would be if forward to your acquaintances my advertisement you would.

You are kind of close, but these need a bit of help.
They are understandable, but they are very formal; I doubt you would hear anyone speak like this.
The first one could say:
I would be grateful if you forwarded my ad to your friends.
I would be grateful if you passed my ad on to your friends.
The second one could say:
I will be grateful if you can forward my ad to your friends.
I will be grateful if you can pass my ad on to your friends.
You can still use advertisement for ad, and acquaintances for friends, but those are the words that make the sentences sound quite formal.

in my opinion, both versions are wordy; thereby, incorrect. how about, please forward my ad to your friends? short, sweet, and to the point
