When the media sees the word 'stabbing' they immediately assume a migrant issue and bury it as fast as they can.

It has been reported in local news media that the trial of Zephaniah McLeod, the alleged perpetrator, has been provisionally set for June next year at which time more details of the man and his motive should emerge. Don't expect any reports in the mainstream media until then.

If someone was arrested and charged for the offence it becomes sub judice until the hearing, when the judge will decide whether the public has a right to know any more than age, name and what they are charged with. The defendant has a right to a fair trial.
