If my husband and I want a divorce, and don’t want half of each other’s money or assets, and we were both mutually concede, is it expensive?
We’ve been married for 4 months and it’s not working like we hoped for. We have no kids, and don’t own our own home. He has his own savings, and I have my own as well. We both want the divorce but we don’t know the process nor how expensive it might be. We live in Canada, B.C if that matters. We just want to end things and move on with our lives as quickly as possible.

So split up and go your separate ways. Keep in touch so you can discuss how the divorce can be arranged and one or other of you should get some legal advice about it. It'll definitely be cheaper as you are both in accord with this so Citizens Advice would be the best way to start I think. They'll tell you what you can do. How sensible of the pair of you to part amicably before you destroy each other's lives.
