Will washing dry on a day like today? Cold, sunny but dew on the ground?

I've just recently moved into my own place and was wondering if washing would dry in this weather? I don't want my neighbours laughing at me if it's pointless 😂

dry indoors, use a drying rack. Has worked for me for many years, and the neighbors don't see it (not that i care). That is for clothes that I don't want to run thru the dryer.

If it feels cold in direct sunlight then you generally need some wind to make things dry properly. Trying hanging out one item like a towel and check on it after a couple of hours. You might find that stuff won't dry completely but it will get the worst out and then you can fold up and leave on chair in a heated room for a day or so.
