Does dealcoholized wine still contain sulfates?

I started a medication a while back that doesn’t let me drink much alcohol so I switched to dealcoholized wine which I LOVE (honestly even if I stop this medication I might never go back!) BUT I’m still getting a nasty red wine headache after consuming more than a glass. I’ve read that it’s the sulfates in wine that give you the headaches and I guess I just presumed removing the alcohol would remove the sulfates? I’m presuming I’m wrong but anyone know for sure?

They still contain sulfites, but they are also not easy to find in most areas.

Most dealcoholized (da) wines will still contain sulfites. There are definitely da wines available with no (or very low) sulfites but they may be harder to find in certain areas.
