Thyroid issue advice?

Hey guys, I had a exam with the doctor and she felt a lump on my neck. Long story short after 6 blood tests that showed different results each time I had a ultrascan and showed my thyroid was abnormal and there was a nodule on it I don't know the size. I have to see a specialist, obviously due to covid this is taking a long time and i'm so scared its cancer honestly. Is this a common thing to happen? Im 25 i know age doesn't matter but I went to the nurse freaking out and she's certain i'am overactive thyroid.

Here is my symptoms weight gain, hair loss, excess hair growth, anxiety and sometimes my heart does this weird thing.

You better ask for a diagnosis here.

Many doctors are not capable of doing their own job.

you have to wait, uninformed speculation here is not productive. Even thyroid cancer is readily curable.
