How to stop fearing friends and family? ?

My dad passed away last spring it mad me very miserable I’m still miserable till this day. Honesty I can’t give people full love. It’s hard for me to reach to anyone because I really don’t wanna be bothered.. I’m scared of everyone I’m I just wanna be alone please help?? I forced myself to text a few people happy thanksgivings
