Can I comfortably talk about my 'Patent Pending' Idea to potential investors? ?
I have applied for a utility patent and it is now in the 'Patent Pending' status. I want to start getting investors for my idea so I can start developing the idea. As of right now i just want to advertise the idea to investors on my website. As long as my idea is classified as Patent Pending am I able to talk about my idea without worries of someone potentially stealing my idea?

once you have the patent pending in your name, all you need is a good trustworthy attorney to work out the details as you go.

No. You are only protected in the U.S. Someone else could patent it in another country. In many countries, the first person to file a patent application in that country can own the rights to that invention in that country, even if someone else has a patent pending in the U.S.
