If some folk defraud you out of something valuable -an election- but you win it back in court, haven't you simply stolen back what's yours?

    Except that, so far at least, the only proven fraud was by Republicans voting for Trump.  Nobody got defrauded out of anything, because those attempting to defraud lost anyway.  There's nothing to win back from them because the victims of the fraud already won the election.
