Question about Law?
Imagine you are being tried for a crime. Would you prefer to have your guilt or innocence determined by a judge or jury?

If the factual evidence against you is weak, but the law is strongly against you, get a jury trial. If the facts are horrendous (the victim is a child or very old and there will be gruesome photos offered in evidence), but the law is weak, have a trial by judge

It depends on my crime and my perception of the potential penalty. For a small misdemeanor crime, I would prefer to just have a judge decide the outcome. If I was accused of a felony crime, then I would get an attorney and prefer a jury trial.
