The left parenthesis is regular, but the right parenthesis is superscript. A superscript level simultaneously implies grouping and exponentation, so this is in fact equivalent to (2^(2)+2), which is (4+2), 6. So I believe the answer is 6.

Math does not allow for unmatched parentheses, and computers do not recognize superscripts, so you have gibberish.

The expression is nonsense.  It is either a typography error, or written by someone who is incompetent.  Since it is not a standard form of notation, it has no meaning, and therefore no answer.

That is certainly not a well-recognized mathematical notation.  Is it something you or your teacher invented?

    (2²)+2 = 6
