Wonder Woman and it would NOT be close.  You're failing to recognize the MASSIVE power level difference between the two publisher's universes.

In Marvel, the top level non-cosmic characters bench somewhere just north of 100 tons.  Thor was in that range for a long time before adding the OdinForce.  Even with OdinForce, he's in that general ballpark, putting him pretty much just below the Hulk in terms of brawn.

In DC, Superman has been portrayed as bench pressing PLANETS without tiring.  And Wonder Woman is said to be a 'smidge' weaker than Superman.  That should give you an idea of the RAW POWER gap between WW and Thor.

But ON TOP OF THAT, WW has superspeed, magic, and a host of other abilities.  It's just not fair to pit top end Marvel characters vs top end DC characters.  The universes have different philosophies for their stories.  Marvel wants their heroes to be powerful...but to keep it in a realm where the human mind can comprehend it.  DC wants to tell stories about living Gods who could shatter the planet if they wanted.

I read somewhere that Ruin King Thor had the power to restore the multiverse back to 100% after it was almost destroyed. "The Multiverse." I haven't heard Wonder Woman being on that scale. Universal, maybe. Multiversal, no.
