Should you care if you are called apathetic?

How can  a person being called apathetic would care for a thing ,even his own care taker of being a carrier in Intensive Care Unit or ICU.

Meh, I've been called worse here..........still trying to figure out what a "turdwaddle" is suppose to mean.

Edit 2 :   Yes, Jess........got quite the laugh out of that one myself. 

Edit 3 :   Well, I do tend to limp a little Jess, so I guess you could call it a waddle of sorts.  Broke my ankle something fierce a few years ago,   but it was okay,  because the limp balanced out the limp in the other leg from a bum knee..... so I thought it evened it all out.   Okay, maybe not.
