What causes me to be terrified for no reason? ?

This is not a panic attack. I have had panic attacks and this is not the same symptoms. I'm just laying down and get fear for no reason. Like a ghost is there and I don't want to move because it might notice me type of fear.

Fear issues often have stress as the original cause. The one thing that helped me was the stressrelief.club  and now I am finally free of anxiety, depression and stress.
