Mitochondrial disease is when the body is not able to produce the energy that it needs.  It can affect almost any organ in the body.  What you would need to avoid if the disease was affect your liver, for example, would be very different from what you would need to avoid if it is affect your brain, our lungs, or the muscles in your legs.  So without knowing a whole more medical history about your condition, no one can recommend that activities you should avoid.  This is a question to ask your doctor.
