He’s gay.

Can viruses like HIV be transferred this way?

Sorry - no lawsuit there since the evidence of your claim 3 weeks ago that you had repeatedly pricked yourself with pins negates any claim that others are liable.

take a pic of it and bring charges against this person if you think it was done on purpose. if you don't want to go that route, prick him back and say, two can play that game.
