Yes, they should be &, quite contrary to "Sweetness", yes, they CAN be made mandatory.  In the interest of public safety - the greater good - this is essential.  Any who don't want to be vaccinated have an option:  They can resign & get another job.

You cannot make any type of vaccine mandatory for anyone. It can be strongly suggested teachers get the vaccine, but they cannot be forced to.
