So Randy Quaid no longer want to work as an Actor?

Along with Kirstie Alley and James Woods

https://news.yahoo.com/trump-shares-bizarre-videos...

But lets be honest, Woods, Alley and Quaid haven't had an acting job in at least 10 years...

Update:

@John.

Not sure I would call 1 'TV Movie' busy.

It's a shame, really. Quaid has talent, but he's clearly mentally ill.

He does have a film out called All You Can Eat, his first film after nine years. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6805814/?ref_=nm_flmg...

Casting would involve how toxic an actor is. If they can't get an audience to pay money to watch that project, then that actor won't get cast. See the downfall of Katherine Heigl, who got a rep for being impossible to work with, as well as a horrible person.

Both Edward Norton and Bette Midler have been blackballed, or uncastable. This might tie in with insurance concerns, or past and present behaviors or reputation even.

Mel Gibson, for his drunken ranting about Jews, has been forced to make his own movies and star in them if he wants parts. He might get bit parts, but he is no longer the powerhouse he used to be by any means.

That's how Hollywood works, as a business. Such actors as you have mentioned might gravitate toward projects that serve the trump base. Kirk Cameron went into Christian propaganda films and making such films, he's making a killing.

I think the real problem is that such actors backed a fascist dictator wannabe. You can be a conservative in Hollywood, check with how many actors actually are conservative, you just can't adore a conman intent on ruining America for adulation and personal gain.

You can just add Randy and Kirstie to Trump's list of Hollywood heavy-hitters, along with Scott Baio and Jon Voight.

He did a stunning job in Independence Day......... Mr. Quaid needs a break from acting anyway, so it’s good that he decides to step aside......

They all have one thing in common - they're Conservatives. If they voice their political views they're flirting with being blackballed anyway. Just look at Roseanne and Mel Gibson to name a few.

Hollywood today is nothing but a Democrat cesspool.

Kirstie Alley is a scientologist, which probably explains a lot about her issues.

Randy Quaid is likely suffering from mental illness associated with his advancing years.

    James Woods?  Don't know.

    OK great.

They are/were good actors, but no one is indispensable.

They are all B list at best.

There is not a single director or producer anywhere on this planet, who is going to cry into his/her cocktails that 'they are devastated' they cant get Randy-GodDamned-Quaid to play 'redneck alcoholic #3' on their next picture
