Fed ex question please?

I live in Hawaii I ordered a package fedex ground it traveled from Kansas to California now to Arizona where is it going?????? Please help

I had something similar happen to me. I ordered something from the US and it bounced around several states, then it got lost at the boarder. I live in Canada. I asked the company for a refund, since I never received the item.

Hopefully it will get to you, keep tracking your parcel. If it doesn't arrive then contact Fedex.

Sorting facilities, it goes on the route that takes it to the plane that goes to Hawaii.
