What would happen to me for vandalizing buildings with the swastika if police were abolished/defunded?

Probably one of the local warlords that pop up would demand all your money and then shoot you. It's not like there's anything to stop them.

Defunding does NOT mean to abolish.

It only means reducing funds used on police..  So they may be driving older cars.  Local jail may be maintained less.
