How come it's socially acceptable for women to be weak but men are forced to gain muscle if they're weak?

"lift this"

woman: "I can't"

"okay, we can do it together"

.......

"lift this"

man: "I can't"

"you need to work out and gain some muscle"

Outdated misogynistic gender roles hurt both females and males. So if you want to be treated with kindness and respect, treat others with kindness and respect as well. It is the men who came up with these idiotic and repressive gender roles.

It's because men are too lenient to women. Some men think that women shouldn't have to do physical things themselves or shouldn't have to produce the same amount of work. They put women on a pedestal and hold doors open for them.

    I say forget that!

    EQUALITY MEANS EVERY THING

I don’t think how strong someone is a reason to judge them.
