I caught a cold even though I haven’t left the house in a month?

I am really mad because I have not left the house in a month. Yesterday I ordered ubereats and today my nose has been running and congested at times 

Update:

I took Advil sinus cold and flu extra strength and it stopped immediately 

Could’ve been because it has antihistamine in it
