To get the equation of a circle you need its center (a, b) and its radius r. Then the equation is
(x - a)² + (y - b) ² = r²
So use the midpoint formula to get the center
(-5 + -3)/2, (6 + -4)/2 = (-4, 1)
Then get the radius by distance formula (use this center and either endpoint)
sqrt (-4 - -5)² + (1 - 6)² = sqrt1 + 25 = √26
so your equation is (x - -4)² + (y - 1)² = √26²
or (x + 4)² + (y - 1)² = 26
Check the math but that's what you do.
