I have a misdemeanor for theft what will happen?

I have to do a psi I don’t have a criminal background I’ve kept the same job for 5 yrs now this was a big mistake will I get jail it’s m2 In Ohio

In NY it would be 45 days, mandatory.  Your job will be lost, of course, due to your record.
