Electric HookaMax Scuba Unit ?
My friends husband died while diving last week. The machine shut off out of nowhere he gasped for air and then he died. He was young & very in shape. No water in his lungs during autopsy.
Any ideas why a HookaMax would shut off in mid-use and somehow effect fatally the person using it?
Would love some theories

I call bullshit.
You NEVER dive alone.
Even if his air ran out, he would have enough to make it to the surface because it would expand as he rose.
He MIGHT have gotten nitrogen narcosis, but he would not have suffocated.
