determine the volume of 2.15M sodium acetate needed to react with 20.0 mL of 0.25 M nitric acid.?

I see no reason to suppose sodium acetate reacts with nitric acid.
But pretending that they do:
(20.0 mL x 0.25 M HNO3) x (1 mol NaC2H3O2 / 1 mol HNO3) / (2.15 M NaC2H3O2) =
2.33 mL NaC2H3O2
