What is the newest diet craze?

Doesn't matter because it will fail,  like the rest.

I am permanently thin and very healthy. 

I can brag because I grew up fat and in line to die early. 

I changed it AND SO CAN YOU.

I haven't heard of anything lately (nothing new). You never know when the latest gimmick will pop up though. Keto is still fairly popular, but it's not new.
