Will schools have to have classes all summer to make up for the past year?

Update:

Will we still be able to have summer vacation for 2 1/2 months this year? Last summer stuff because we couldn’t go anywhere so I’m looking forward to this summer but I’m afraid they’ll make us to school since everything has been virtual since September as it was last spring.  i’m afraid that they’ll think we’re behind because we’re not physically in the classroom and therefore make us come in in the summer since there will be a vaccine.

School and classes are continuing this semester.

Doesn’t matter that it has been online, credit for the class is still given.
