Here's what's also true, Trump's legal team never brought voter fraud cases to court, only stuff like the observer was 7 feet away so we want a million votes thrown out. Then Trump and his clown posse screamed voter fraud outside the court. Trump is the king of gaslighting

Some applied for and received absentee ballots which they then submitted by mail.  Some voted in person.

There are some differences between absentee voting and all-mail voting states, none of which really make a difference unless you are wearing a tinfoil hat.
