How is it possible that 50 mg Zoloft gives me a sex drive but 25 mg kills my sex drive?
Wouldn’t it be the other way around?

Not sure, but drugs like Zoloft can prevent you from reaching orgasm. That's the big deal, not so much
affecting your desire to do it, more your ability.

Libido is lessened by depression, not necessarily Zoloft. If Zoloft worked for you then your libido would return as you overcome your depression.
