Probably Florida, since it's down South. Southern America is much hotter than Northern America. I also believe "Death Valley", the hottest place on Earth, is down South.

If you Are talking Temperature; its CA, and Death Valley. (130)

Yuma AZ is second. Phoenix/Metro area is third, and a bity Humid, too.

Tucson is not far behind in temperature. Tucson area is one of the Dryest parts of US. 14% RH until July 3rd or so.

If talking Humidity as well as temp, probably Gulf Coast, Mobile AL. Many Midwestern and Southern states do get very sticky in summer. They  have a Comfort Index which  is a combination of RH and Temp.
