Has anyone heard of Cardinal Lending Group in Ontario?

They said I was approved for a loan but need to place a collateral payment of 10% for a brokerage fee.  Has anyone gone through them?

100% SCAM.

Remember these two rules:

Rule 1)  No legitimate lender requires money from you upfront; and,

Rule 2)  There are no exceptions to Rule 1.  Note:  Their website was set up 23 days ago; a sure sign of a scam.  Also, the URL above is missing a "g".  They were in a rush and made a typo and didn't catch it.  Another sign of a scam.
