LG V30 randomly powers off and doesn't start back up even with a soft reset.?

Question

It has been doing this a lot recently. A soft reset would do the trick half of the times but sometimes I hold the power + volume down button for up to 30 seconds without it booting up again. Sometimes the power up display shows and freezes and I have to restart my phone again.

I have suspensions of the Walmart BYOD applications that I installed on my phone have something to do with it but I cannot really verify that. I want to trust Walmart but at the same time idk...

I am a Walmart employee and the BYOD applications are a bunch of exclusive apps to Walmart employees. A bunch of apps that I don't use were installed with the package. The one that I really use is the inventory app that allows me to scan crap.
