apple m1 or i7 3770?

I curentlly have an i7 3770 desktop and need to know if i should upgrade to m1 mac mini?

Make sure the programs your running on the i7 will run on the Apple before you switch.

I assume the i7 is running Windows.  Switching from Microsoft to Apple is not an Upgrade, it is just a change is OS/s.

For the money you'd have to spend on it, you could easily buy a faster desktop with an Intel or AMD processor.
