Is it true medical doctors who are foreign graduates can NOT work in California even if they take the USMLE? ?

The USMLE stands for United States Medical License Exam.

TAKING the USMLE is not going to allow you to work as a doctor anywhere.  You need to actually PASS all three exams.  You have to also meet the California 3 year residency requirement.  After that you can work if you find an employer.

If that's the ONLY exam they pass, yes, it's true.
