Can you remove pre installed configurations from iPhones?

I have an old iphone 5c that i bouught used and had to factory reset it, but when i try to do the setup after restarting it, it told me there was a configuration from some banking company on the phone and that an email and password where required to continue, but obviously im not an employee so i dont have anyway to get in. Is there anyway to  remove this or get around it?

Nope. Only the company that owned the iPhone can remove it from their management system. You effectively have a brick.
