I have been using cotton and water to get dead skin off my face. I'm a allergic to lots of chemicals in skincare. I only use dove soap. Am ?

I doing more harm than good? I have cherry angiomas on one side of my face and my skin is acne prone.  Is it a good idea to keep using this method?

I would use a hypo-allergenic cleansing foam. Dove soap is not the best thing to put on your face. It can dry it out pretty fast. Maybe consult a Dermatologist as well.
