on a mouthwash bottle it says not to eat or drink for 30 minutes after use but does drinking water count as well?
i mean u would think water is in mouth wash soooo. i didnt know if it just meant like sugar or sweet drinks.

Yeah..... The idea is the mouthwash is supposed to stay in your mouth and kill off germs. Rinsing it out stops that from happening.

You have some kind of a mouthwash that has an active ingredient in it that is designed to treat some kind of an oral condition. Eating or drinking anything including water dilutes the chemical that is supposed to be treating your teeth and gums. So before you use this mouthwash drink your water eat your food before you do this so that you can allow this product to remain in your mouth undisturbed for the full 30 minutes. You're probably talking about a mono fluoride with chlorhexidine which is for those that have periodontal disease you wash your mouth out with this stuff and then allow it to remain undisturbed by food or water for a full 30 minutes

they say that to allow the fluoride and antibacterial stuff to be absorbed.
water will wash it away.
