The reason Trump isn't conceding is that he is a big baby who cannot accept that he is a failure.  Clinton actually had a better case to challenge the election than Trump has (she did actually win by 3 million votes) and yet she conceded.  No patriot would accept Trump's actions as anything other than unAmerican.
