    Not in the family reunification scheme.  You need to be "immediate" family, i.e., parents/siblings.

    No, only immediate family members can sponsor. That would be parents, siblings, spouses or adult children.

    No. Canada does not allow chain migration. Even countries which allow sponsorship of relatives do NOT allow sponsorship of such distant relatives - only immediate family members.
