Looking for the name of Asian shows?

So there's a couple of different shows I'm thinking of.

 The first one is about a girl from a secret witch sect that falls in love with an outsider and leaves her village and grandmother behind. I think his horse is hurt when they first meet. And later on she burns the enemies rations and uses explosives to open a gate.

 The other one is about a servant who becomes empress. It starts off as her playing music and dancing. She ends up pregnant and by her last child she has diabetes. But she has a saying of be kind or something like that and all that matters is family being together.
