What does my eye prescription SPH -0.50 CYL -0.25 mean? Do I need glasses full time?

It is a mild prescription but it wont hurt and is a good habit to wear them all of the time!

You should have asked the doctor when you got the prescription. If you can't see clearly, then wear glasses.
